Meet The Founder

I'm Rahel Haile- licensed esthetician, skin corrective specialist, and the person behind The Rich Skin Society.

 

My career didn't start here, I got introduced into the aesthetic world through lash extensions. I then entered esthetician school with zero intention of going beyond that, and then skin science got me. My own experience with acne changed everything as well, with not only what I wanted to do, but how I understood the skin entirely. That shift is what The Rich Skin Society is built on.

 

After nine years in this industry: skin isn't just topical, it's a reflection of everything happening beneath the surface, your hormones, your gut, your stress, your sleep. After going through my own bout of hair loss, I fell deep into researching supplements and internal wellness, and what I found confirmed what I was already seeing in the treatment room. The skin tells the truth and treating it well means understanding the whole picture.

 

That's the philosophy behind everything I do here. Results-driven facials that include acne protocols that are built on science, not guesswork. Lash lifts and brow laminations that enhance what's already yours. And a wellness-informed approach that's only getting deeper, I'm currently working toward a nutrition certification so I can support my clients with the kind of comprehensive, accredited knowledge this work deserves. I also care deeply about representation. All skin is different, and knowing how to treat every tone across the Fitzpatrick scale isn't optional to me, it's personal. This industry has not always made everyone feel seen & The Rich Skin Society is my answer to that.

 

The name says it all. Rich isn't about money. It's about being rich in knowledge, rich in confidence, rich in the kind of self-care that actually shows up on your skin and that's what I'm here to help you build.

 

When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll find me on my yoga mat, at Pilates, traveling, deep in a book with a good coffee, or in a fitting room I had no business walking into. Living fully is part of the work too, because a rich life shows up on your face.
